Greece uses the Euro

The Euro is the currency of Greece and 11 other European countries.

These 12 countries have adopted the Euro as their national currency since 1st January 2002.
Note that the UK has not joined the Euro-zone - they still use the British pound; Sweden uses Swedish Krone and Switzerland the Swiss franc.
